Here at CHS we want to continue to support our families with information about the Free and Reduced Meal Program and how to access this program. You may do so online at https://secure.ezmealapp.com/ApplicationScreen.aspx, or you may contact our front office for help with the process. Once your student is approved your student will receive meal services and other important resources here at school. We look forward to hearing from you.

Health and Wellness
Banner Children's HealthMobile offers free healthcare to students who do not have insurance and/or are seriously underinsured.
The HealthMobile is at Banner Ironwood every Thursday and at Banner Goldfield Medical Center on Southern, in Apache Junction every Tuesday.
Some of the services they provide are - Health assessment and health history, well-child checks, Immunizations, some labs, diagnosis and treatment of episodic illness (for example: flu, strep, urinary tract infections, earaches, rashes, asthma, etc.); sports and camp physicals.
You can call 480-412-6344 to schedule appointments - they do have bilingual schedulers.
They will take walk-ins, but prefer that you make an appointment.
